Review: BizarreVideo is, essentially, a massive DVD archive. This isn’t just a generic collection of stale nonexclusive videos, though. Instead, they are all titles released by Bizarre Video studios. Since you can get them on DVD that technically makes the content here nonexclusive, but you have little chance of finding all of this content together in another library online.
Material here is divided in two 3 categories: Retro Videos, Standard Videos and HD Videos. The titles of said sections are pretty self-explanatory. Retro has content made from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Standard video is anything made in the last decade. HD videos are newer releases available in HD formats.
There were almost 1,000 scenes available at the time of my visit. Those available in HD come in 1280x720 resolution Windows Media files that have an awesome playback quality. The majority of the videos are either standard or retro, though. These are smaller but still have a great quality playback. You can also find some MP4 files optimized for your portable devices like iPods. Most of the scenes averaged around 10 minutes, but many go on much longer than that.
